We are a network of professionals specalizing in multifamily investments

Redwoods Capital will keep on outpacing the real estate market owing to its ability to remain vigilant regarding changes in the multifamily market and will adjust our strategies as appropriate to match ever-changing market conditions and the goals of our Investors.

The existing state of the economic market provides the golden opportunity to secure prime properties in prominent areas at a considerable rebate to replacement value, as well as at conservative prices that are guaranteed with convincing development and tenancy potentials.

Redwoods Capital plans primarily to invest in high- cash-flow, stable and primarily turnkey properties with value plays that easily can be employed. Our goal is to improve the net operating income of each investment by increasing revenue and operating margins and streamlining expenses, thereby increasing cash flow and property value to immediately improve Property value post- acquisition. We expect to own and operate each invested Property for 3 to 7 years, after which the Property will be sold.
