Redwoods Capital plans primarily to invest in high- cash-flow, stable and primarily turnkey properties with value plays that easily can be employed. Our goal is to improve the net operating income of each investment by increasing revenue and operating margins and streamlining expenses, thereby increasing cash flow and property value to immediately improve Property value post- acquisition. ​We expect to own and operate each invested Property for 3 to 7 years, after which the Property will be sold.

David Le
Managing Partner
As an entrepreneur from an early age, David demonstrated a solid foundation of business acuemen. While still in college, he launched two successful businesses that both experienced successful capital raising and exits. David has more than 15 years diverse real estate experience and has served as the fund manager in more than $50M of real estate transactions. David has worked both internationally and domestically for commercial development, residential lending, and fund managing.

Andy Le
Aquisition Manager
Andy Le is responsible for transactions across all property types (multifamily, office, residential) at Redwoods Capital. Mr. Le focuses on identifying opportunities that present value-add and opportunistic investment strategies. Prior to joining Redwoods Capiital, Andy was with JP Morgan Chase Bank where he dedicated on providing high level financial advisory to his clients through customized securities portfolio, and strategic planning.

Sean Mcferson
CPA/MBT
Sean has more than 19 years of experience in public accounting and is a partner in the firm’s Tax & Accounting Services department. He specializes in domestic and international taxation issues of multi-national companies (both public and private) and start-up companies, including domestic and international restructuring, consultation on year-end and quarterly income tax provisions, tax-efficient integration of acquired targets, and US inbound and outbound tax planning. Sean’s worked abroad, in London for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, he also is a current member of Baker Tilly International Tax Committee
